We want you to love your Recreation products — and we’ll always do our best to help if something isn’t quite right 💛
Fragrances (50ml)
You can return fragrances within 14 days as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging.
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange.
12ml Travel Size EDPS + Body Mists
Are eligible for exchange as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Skin, Body & Hair Products — Full Size
Our full-size face oil serums and scented body + hair oils come with a 14-day return window.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at hello@recreationbeauty.com and we’ll send you return instructions.
You may open the product to try it, but returns are only accepted if it has been used no more than a quick sample.
Discovery Sets
Discovery Sets are designed to help you find your perfect scent, so they’re not eligible for returns.
Love one? Amazing — upgrade to a bigger bottle.
Not your vibe? Pass it on to a friend — it might be their new favourite.
(This applies to both the Eau de Parfum Discovery Sets and Body/Hair/Face Mini Oils Discovery Sets.)
DIY Travel Sets & Triple Threat Sets
These sets are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges are available only if all bottles and packaging remain in original condition.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Returns process:
1. To start a return, contact us hello@recreationbeauty.com
2. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the instructions.
3. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. You're best off sending via Registered Post with insurance to make sure they get back to us safely. Recreation Beauty will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods if you don't use registered post with insurance. We cannot accept return of broken goods because they were not packaged correctly.
4. Once the return has been processed you will either be supplied with the exchange item/s or refund. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
5. All returns and exchanges are subject to our terms and conditions.
All packages will be looked at by Recreation staff to determine its eligibility for return - please note open or used packages will not be returned. If you're unsure about which scent you'll fall in love with, please start with our Discovery Set which gives you mini versions of the scents.
