EOFY Sale 2026 (Australia Only) – Terms & Conditions

Can I return my EOFY Sale purchase?
Items purchased during the Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty. Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in line with our standard Returns Policy.There are no returns available on Discovery Sets or 12ml (0.4oz) travel sizes.

SALE:

  • All discounts are automatically applied to eligible products at checkout—no code needed.

  • Mid Year Escape Sale is exclusive of other codes, gift cards, vouchers or offers. You cannot use any discount codes during the sale. These will be reactivated once the sale period has ended. 

  • Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last when you reach the specified spend thresholds during the sale.

  • Gifts are automatically added to qualifying orders at checkout and can’t be added manually afterward.They can’t be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, backdated or altered.

  • The EOFY Sale 2026 starts at 8am 26 June 2026 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and ends midnight 28 June 2026 AEST. 

Gifts with Purchase

During the Sale, customers may be eligible to receive one or more complimentary gifts, depending on the order value, region, and gift availability at the time of checkout.

Important:
Gifts offered during the sale will change from time to time, and we may offer:

  • Only a Tier 1 gift, or

  • Only a Tier 2 gift, or

  • Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 gifts, or

  • No gifts at all, depending on availability.

The specific gifts and whether one or both tiers are active will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Gifts shown at the time of checkout are the gifts customers will receive (while stocks last).

Additional gift conditions:

  • Gifts are while stocks last and may be limited by variant, scent or colour

  • We reserve the right to change, substitute, pause, or withdraw any gift offer at any time without notice.

  • Gifts are not refundable, exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.

  • If a gift becomes unavailable after checkout due to stock depletion, it may be removed from the order without replacement.

Stock is limited and popular items may sell out quickly.
