Cut-off dates are based on local time for the delivery destination.

These dates are guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery timeframes may be affected by peak-season volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for orders that arrive after Christmas due to courier delays.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

The Recreation crew will get to work packing your order as soon as you place it.

Shipping is FREE when you spend over $135, anything under $135 is a flat rate of $10

We are unable to change delivery addresses once the order is confirmed. Please double check that Google has not auto-filled a different address than your preferred delivery address. 

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

1. We send Australia Post which can take from 1 - 10 days within Australia. We send from Sydney, NSW so it depends where you live. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during busy sale periods.

2. Click View My Order on your shipping confirmation to track your item. It will give you a tracking number and you can track it on Australia Post Tracking or click here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search 

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email please check your spam/junk email. If you still can't find it please email us customercare@recreationbeauty.com and we will supply you with a tracking number.

US SHIPPING

Delivery to the US is a flat US$9.50, free shipping on orders US$145+

We ship from our New Jersey warehouse, please allow 1 - 7 days for delivery, extra during our busy sale periods.

UK SHIPPING

Delivery to the UK is a flat £5.00, free on orders £99+

We ship from our Bristol warehouse, please allow 1 - 4 days for delivery, extra during our busy sale periods.

Europe SHIPPING

There are two zones for Europe:

Zone 1 is €7.95, free shipping on orders €115+ and includes: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Zone 2 is €11.95 and includes: Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Vatican City, Iceland, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Türkiye

We ship from our  Netherlands warehouse, please allow 1 - 7 days for delivery, extra during our busy sale periods. 

NZ SHIPPING

Delivery to NZ is a flat NZ$12.00, free shipping over NZD$145

CANADA SHIPPING

Delivery to Provinces is between CAD$9.50 and and CAD$12.50 depending on where you are in Canada, free shipping on orders CAD$145+

We ship from our Ontario warehouse, please allow 2-7  days for delivery, extra during our busy sale periods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship to countries and regions excl. Australia, NZ, US, UK, Canada and Europe via Fedex.
• Prices show at checkout, depending on your country
• All customs duties and taxes are payable by the receiver
• Fedex usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive
