I purchased 7 perfumes, and i genuinely love them all! I tend to get migraines with perfumes, but not these ones XD L'Hotel and Lost in Dusk are my favourites, but genuinely you cant go wrong with any of their perfumes - 10/10 will be buying again

Such a gorgeously exquisite scent. Not overpowering, and yet stays on so beautifully the entire day. It blends perfectly with my own scent chemistry which I adore. I love that it can be layered with other Recreation beauty perfumes. The bonus is, that it's natural and non toxic, safe for me and my family.

Honestly. This fragrance is my ride or die. I get compliments everyday & love the scent too much. Also bonus points that it doesn’t give me headaches like the synthetic fragrances do.
I've been needing to give myself some new options after using one safe perfume for the past however many years, so as someone who is sensitive to perfumes I decided to try Recreation's discovery set.
Unfortunately I didn't love this selection, but the bonus one not in the pack called 'Lucky Chaos' was a banger (and I will be buying that one when it drops). Despite this, there's nothing wrong product wise! I had no issues with irritation or sneezing/itchy eyes etc so I am impressed in that regard, these scents just sadly were not the vibe for me. However I did a simple review of how each sample came across to me:
Lost In Dusk - Warm, whisky scent, slightly masc
L'Hotel - Sweet vanilla and rose
This Love Of Mine & Joyeux - were giving 'classic perfume' smell
Undone - Warm, floral, gives 'dinner at a restaurant on a summer evening'
At Night We Dance - Honestly, smelled like y2k bodyspray (nostalgic?)
Sun Kissed - Coconut scented tan, sunscreen, and a fruity beverage
Stardust - Musky, subtle floral tone, unisex leaning towards more masc
Call Me Venus - A very green scent with subtle citrus (like a grapefruit)
Absolutely love this scent! I'm pleasantly surprised by how long it lasts too. Such a beautiful fragrance!

This scent is so beautiful, I get so many compliments when I wear it. The perfectly balanced sweet scent that lasts all day!!!
This fragrance ideally is something I would not like based on the notes. I was never a fan of the Gucci Floral series I never got why anyone would want to smell so simple and yawn worthy. Like a bouquets of non offensive simple flowers. Where is the attitude in that? This also sounded like the perfect fragrance the kind of person who wants to use a fragrance but not be seen not make a statement just be in the fragrance scene but never stand in your own. Instead this surprises me. So much so after the mini sample I also bought the travel size just to be sure, then went for the full size. So this is to me, is a summer fragrance , it will be boring in cooler weather. But in summer against hot sticky heat, this stand out as it’s fresh and zingy. ( not citrusy, zingy if you can dig in to that word) that kind of perfume you spritz alover, over spray, you smell good, fresh sweet ( not sugary), I would say almost like a clear juicy strawberry shampoo but that would be offensive, I usually don’t like to use those analogies for good perfume. But that kind of you smell clean girl, but you can’t put a finger on it I would say that kind of freshly showered feeling, people say you smell good but you didn’t really do anything , just a mix of a clear shampoo ( not Dove or Pantene nor Head and Shoulders , don’t worry ), maybe some fresh laundry you wore, a fresh deodorant (not Rexona, don’t worry). It’s fun easy smelling clean and fresh and feminine. Here for me feminine feels important because I love Sun Kissed too, you could describe that as fresh and zingy etc but I wouldn’t necessarily call it feminine, it’s clean girl unsexy leaning. This one is a great summer spritz for when you don’t want I wear perfume but you are just an indulgent feminine so you wear this anyway. So the attitude I mentioned about is not because this is sexy but because of your own attitude and reason to choose this perfume to add a fresh light sensory layer on a thick heavy hot summer day when too much is too much. And …..scene 🎬 💋❤️
