We have a 21 day return policy on the face oil and body + hair oils. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us customercare@recreationbeauty.com and we'll give you return instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: Product may be opened but if you have a used the product any more than a quick sampler, it will not be eligible for return.

Returns process:
1. Email us within 7 days of receipt of the products at customercare@recreationbeauty.com
2. We’ll give you return instructions - the item must be returned within 21 days of receipt of the instructions.
3. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. You're best off sending via Registered Post with insurance to make sure they get back to us safely. Recreation Beauty will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods if you don't use registered post with insurance. We cannot accept return of broken goods because they were not packaged correctly.
4. Once the return has been processed you will either be supplied with the exchange item/s or refund. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
5. All returns and exchanges are subject to our terms and conditions.
We'll accept returns within 21 days if its unopened and in its original packaging. We're happy to refund or exchange it.
SAMPLE SIZES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. They're tiny, give them to a friend - that scent may just be what they're craving!
Please email customercare@recreationbeauty.com and include your order number so we can find you in the system.
All packages will be looked at by Recreation staff to determine its eligibility for return - please note open or used packages will not be returned. If you're unsure about which scent you'll fall in love with, please start with our sample pack which gives you mini versions of the scents.
