Very happy with this new scent as I have multiple of their perfumes now and was needing a more sexy night time perfume, this scent is perfect!
How I experience Lost in Dusk: The opening top notes (5-10 minutes) are a non-sweet sparkling vanilla cola - moody and deep. The mid notes (over hours) are like oven-hot pastries filled with vanilla & nutmeg custard and glazed with a delicious boozy bourbon. Three days in a row of wearing this at home, I'd get a little waft and look to the window, thinking, "Someone's baking the most delicious bread," and then smell my wrist to realise it was me! That mild yeasty element must be the soft musk interplaying with the warm, semi-sweet vanilla. It's all comfort and cosiness, in a sensual, adult way. Sipping Southern Comfort in front of an open fire, with a super soft down-doona over your lap, kind of feeling.
It settles into the base notes about hour 4, for me, of a soft, warm, unsweetened vanilla and a woollen cardigan that's been stored with cedar balls. I can't get enough of this, so I bring my wrist to my nose a lot to breath it in. That said, my sister can still smell Lost in Dusk on me at this stage, when she's a metre away or we're in the car (she dislikes most perfumes but doesn't mind this one).
I bought the full size after trying the samples, and I wear it at home on these winter days, just to feel cosy and more feminine and special. Thrilled with it!
I wish it lasted longer like stardust, thus the four stars.

This product is amazing! I have had some rashes on my arms and used this almost without fail everynight, and it has helped so much!
Having seen all the buzz for this perfume and given my signature scent (Decadence by Marc Jacobs) is no longer available, Im in the market for a new one and I thought this might fit the bill. I do have other perfumes from Recreation and they're also lovely.
Lost in Dusk is a nice boozy vanilla scent, especially good for wintry days and nights but it doesn't last very long. I find myself needing to respray after about 2 hours, which I never needed to do with Opium or Decadence or Heartless Helen from Penhaglion's (another fave of mine). If you can get that aspect worked out, it would be five stars.
The L'Hotel sneak peak scent was also very intriguing, will wait to see what notes are in that one, I think it will be a summer banger.

A beautiful way to explore new fragrances. I have loved them all and the sample size allows you plenty of applications to be able to really identify it a fragrance is for you. Also, what a lovely gift idea for someone. I've stocked up already for XMas They are not overpowering, subtle and such variety that you will find not just one that suits but a few in the collection.
It’s light, it’s airy, it’s softly floral and it’s a perfect match for one of my existing perfumes. And I’m so happy to replace it with this clean one instead - no more sharp, chemical smells! Just beautiful scent. I’m obsessed. Even my husband loves this one more than my other one and my kids keep stealing my bottles!

My daughter introduced this face oil to me many years ago through a gift. I have since purchased it for myself, always ordering an extra one as a thank you to her for this wonderful product. It lasts a long time, even though I never skip applying it to my face every evening before bed and every morning before my makeup.
This perfume will have you smelling like an absolute goddess, seductive, sweet and entirely clean…’cos goddesses don’t compromise on standards ;)

This is a great idea to try the most popular scents. The quiz online to find your scent was spot on with the two I would like the most. It was still fun to try the others. I also like that you get a store voucher with this trial pack however, you only have a limited time to use it, just wish we had longer.
This scent makes me think of summer and smells so fresh
I never buy perfumes online, but I took a risk and it ended up really good! The small is not overwhelming, well balanced and warm - feels good in winter weather.
