If you've got 30 seconds ...
Take a probiotic

Slough off dry skin before you jump in the shower, starting from your feet and working your way up the body in long strokes towards the heart, not only gets rid of dead skin cells on the outside but gets your circulation and is an instant detoxifier. Easy. Tick.
Warm water with lemon
Before your coffee and croissant, start with a glass of warm water with half a lemon squeezed in to kickstart your digestion for the day.
If you've got 10 minutes ...
Stretch
Limber up with some simple stretches like a downward dog, hamstring stretch and side stretches. You'll be surprised how invigorating it is just to take a few minutes to yourself and actually spend 30 seconds on each stretch. Even better, use a roller to get into your fascia
Meditate
Even if you've never done it before, download the Calm app and spend 10 minutes focusing on your breathing and yourself. It's an instant de-stressor and will detox your mind like nothing else.
If you've got 20 minutes
Give yourself a face mask
Either a detox mud one or a sloughing exfoliant one. Both will get rid of dead skin on top of your face and reveal newer skin underneath, detoxifying pores and clearing up small skin bumps.
Have a nap
Rest! Recharge! They don't call 'em power naps for nuffin! Especially right now, we all need a bit more of slow down time because the stress is really hard to switch off.
If you've got 45 minutes ...
Stream an exercise class
I'm a Barre Body addict. There, I've said it. Find your favourite online activity and get stronger every time you do a class. Nothing beats exercise to clear the mind and the body and get you in a good mood.
Go for a walk
There's a lot to be said for fresh air and a view of trees, the sky and sunshine. It's been scientifically proven that our brains repair when we see nature, so things like hikes in the bush and walks on the beach actually do feel good for a reason.
If you've got one hour ...
Plan your meals for week ahead
And get ahead on the prep. Roast some veg, cook some quinoa/lentils/barley, boil some eggs and hey presto! Healthy lunch for the next week is served. You'll be amazing at the head space this will clear as well.
Give yourself or your partner a facial/massage
Do the whole bit - steam, exfoliate, massage with a face oil/body oil and gua sha. Do the face, the shoulders, the decolletage. Bonus: this may lead to er, more relaxation. Thank us later.
If you've got five days ...
Do a quick no-sugar detox
The best way to reset your body and mind is give it a break from excess sugar and refined flour. It's super easy:
1. Eat wholefoods - fruit and veg and healthy, grass fed meat, free-range, antibiotic and hormone-free chicken and fish.
2. Steer clear of cakes, biscuits, crackers, refined flour.
3. Don't eat anything in a packet. Or low-fat anything.
3. Fruit is always okay, just not loads of it.
4. Eat good fats: avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds, fatty fish, whole eggs, grass fed meat.
Watch the difference in your tastebuds, how you feel and the difference in your sleeping patterns after just five days and see if you want to stretch it to 10 days. You won't know yourself. It's the easiest detox to stick to because it's SIMPLE.
